  • This event accepts online application only.
  • Applicants need to complete the transaction and the entire registration process online (except Cup participants).
  • Corporations / organisations participating in the Cup categories need to submit donations by cheque. Please submit your cheque by mail or in-person to Green Power in 14 days prior to online registration to complete the entire registration process.
  • The enrollment is on a first come, first served basis. If the quota is full, the Organiser will immediately close enrollment without prior notice. Please stay tuned to the announcement on our website.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend and interpret all the terms.

Enrollment Notes

  1. For Teams, Green Teams and Cup categories, you will need to input the personal particulars of the contact person (if applicable), team leader and team members in one application. Please collect all information needed before enrollment.
  2. Applicants are not allowed to change their category, route, number of team members and T-shirt size (if applicable) once enrolled.
  3. The online payment platform will charge 2% of donation as handling fee for online submission of donation.
  4. All donations are non-refundable after successful enrollment. In the case when the Physical Hike is automatically switched to the Virtual Hike, the difference in the minimum donation amount can be refunded after deducting the handling fee charged by the online payment platform.
  5. Please DO NOT repeat the enrollment. Otherwise, each enrollment will be counted as a separate entry and all donations received will not be refunded.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to accept, reject or disqualify any applications

Enrollment Notes

  1. For Teams and Green Teams, you will need to input the personal particulars of team leader and team members in one application. Please collect all information needed before enrollment.
  2. Individual, Team or Green Team participants will receive a confirmation email of successful enrollment after completing the registration and donation.
  3. To participate in the Cup categories, information of the contact person should be submitted first. After registration, the contact person will receive a confirmation email, which includes registration link and information for the teams. The team members of the corporation/ organisation can then input their personal particulars through this link to complete the enrollment.
  4. The result will be recorded by using TRAILME Mobile App. The email address provided during application MUST be used to register the TRAILME Mobile App later; if you own a TRAILME account, please input the email address you used for TRAILME beforehand. Otherwise, your time result cannot be tracked.
