Important Notes
  • Participants of the 25km-hike are not required to pass CP3 (Parkview).
  • Participants of the 50km and 25km-hike must pass all the designated checkpoint(s) and the timing point at Quarry Gap, to ensure the result can be recorded.
  • Before arriving at CP4 (Tai Tam Road) and CP5 (To Tei Wan), please be careful when crossing the roads, as vehicles there normally travel at high speed.
  • Participants are advised to bring water and food for their own consumption. Food of high carbohydrate content is preferred.
  • Participants may organise their own supporting teams.
