Important Notes

Participants of the 25km-hike are not required to pass CP3 (Parkview).
Participants of the 50km and 25km-hike must pass all the designated checkpoint(s) and the timing point at Quarry Gap, to ensure the result can be recorded.
Before arriving at CP4 (Tai Tam Road) and CP5 (To Tei Wan), please be careful when crossing the roads, as vehicles there normally travel at high speed.
Participants are advised to bring water and food for their own consumption. Food of high carbohydrate content is preferred.
Participants may organise their own supporting teams.
